ScuPlan is a dive planning and education application operated by Tech Sync Analytica LLC. It provides dive plan calculations, gas consumption analysis, decompression planning, dive checklists, dive route information, and educational content.
2. Safety Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: ScuPlan is a planning and educational tool only. It is NOT a substitute for:
- Proper dive training and certification
- A certified dive computer
- Professional dive planning with a qualified instructor
- Standard dive tables (PADI, SSI, NAUI, etc.)
Always dive within your training and certification limits. Never rely solely on this application for dive planning decisions. The decompression calculations are simplified models and should not replace proper dive computer algorithms.
3. Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, dive calculations depend on many factors including water temperature, altitude, physical fitness, and individual physiology. ScuPlan's calculations are based on simplified mathematical models and may not account for all variables that affect decompression requirements.
4. Limitation of Liability
Tech Sync Analytica LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of this application. By using ScuPlan, you acknowledge that diving is an inherently dangerous activity and you assume full responsibility for your diving decisions.
